Menu Choices
a. Pasta or Noodles ( choose 1)
- Baked Creamy Cheesy Penne Macaroni, Lasagna, Pasta with two kinds of Sauce (Bolognese/White Mushroom Sauce) , Seafoods Carbonara, Tuna Pasta or Pasta dish in Advantage or Standard Buffet
- International and Filipino Noodles: any noodle dish in Standard or Advantage Buffet
b. Beef (choose 1)
- Pot Roast Beef in Red Wine, Roast Beef with Mushroom or Demiglace Sauce (on the spot carving), Beef Roulade ( Morcon style) , or any Beef dish in Advantage or Standard Menu
- Filipino: Bulalo Espesyal, Kare-kare(tail only) with Shrimp Paste, Inihaw na Tadyang ng Baka, any beef dish in Advantage or Standard Menu
