TERMS OF PAYMENT

Wedding and Debut:

  1. 20% Down Payment upon Reservation (Non-Refundable) (To Reserve the Date)
  2. 50% Upon Contract Signing (Agreement)
  3. 20% One week before the Event (Briefing and Recapping)
  4. 10% On the day of the Event (Execution of the Contract)

Other Occassions:

  1. P5,000.00 Reservation Fee (Non-refundable)
  2. 50% Down Payment upon signing of the Contract
  3. 30% at least 3 days before the event
  4. 20% Full Payment on the day fo the event. Cash Only

Others:

  1. Four Hours Service exclusive of arrangement time. P750 shall be charge per hour or a fraction of an hour.
  2. P50/waiter per floor if the venue is on the upper floor and no service elevator was provided.
  3. P50 per head service fee for excess guests served by the caterer.
  4. 10% Service Fee and  12% E-VAT for all packages.
  5. Entrance fee of subdivisions and villages is for the account of the client.
  6. Out of town charges - P500 up
  7. Caterer's fee charged by the venue is for the account of the client
  8. Php 55/ head service fee for guests in excess of the actual order.
  9. For Wedding and Debut Packages, minimum of 100 pax. For less than 100 pax, please contact us.
  10. The Caterer must be informed of any charges at least 5 days before the party.
  11. Color motif is on a first come first serve basis.
  12. Customization is welcome.
  13. Interchanging viands to suit client's needs is accepted however prices may or may not vary.
